"A modern annex just 500 yards from the beach."
Overview
St Crispins is a 1990s annex with its own entrance and a small, enclosed garden. The annex has a view of a much larger garden well grazed by deer, who wonder through from the back field. They share this very overgrown area with pheasant, squirrels and birds of all varieties. Visitors can enjoy this tranquil place from the warm conservator and lounge. An old smugglers’ path leads down to the wide sandy beach, and Hunstanton is only about a mile off. There’s a lot on offer in the area, including golf, cycling, walking or exploring. The more adventurous can try jet skiing, sailing, windsurfing or kitesurfing.

About the area
The North Norfolk Coast is designated an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty and probably the finest of its kind in Europe. Here you’ll find a string of quaint villages and small towns – Holkham, Wells-next-the-Sea and Cley next the Sea are 21st-century favourites, while Sheringham and Cromer are classic examples of a good old-fashioned seaside resort where grand Victorian hotels look out to sea
