Set in the lovely village of Eglingham, Mill Cottage is a great base for a range of activities – with the highly regarded Tankerville Arms on the doorstep and excellent walking and cycling from the village. Further afield, historians will want to visit Hadrian’s Wall and Alnwick Castle, as well tour Jedburgh, Kelso and other sites in the Scottish Borders.
