Minster Lovell Hall & Dovecote

Overview
The extensive, picturesque ruins of Minster Lovell Hall are beautifully situated beside the River Windrush. Home of the ill-fated Lovell family, the ruins of the 15th-century house consist of a a fine hall, a tower and a complete dovecote. Although initially designed as a symbol of great wealth, after several changes of hands the Hall was abandoned – then dismantled and demolished – in the 18th century.
