Ambling Ambleside

Blue Hill Park offers contemporary interiors with a touch of Lakeland. The path behind the apartments leads through Blue Bell Wood up to Wansfell Pike which has some amazing views.

Herdwick Cottage

With plenty of space for dining and relaxing, Herdwick Cottage is also well situated for outdoor adventures on the fells and on Lake Windermere. It’s an easy drive to Rydal Water and Grasmere to visit the Wordsworth Museum.

Juniper Cottage and Heather Cottage

There are several excellent walks straight from the door of both Juniper Cottage and Heather Cottage. A short walk from all the amenities in the centre of Ambleside, Lake Windermere is also a short stroll from the properties.


A quick stroll from Ambleside, Hillhead is a quiet, elevated spot with great views of Wansfell, Loughrigg and the Coniston Fells. A footpath leads to the Fairfield Horseshoe, a favourite Lakeland ramble.
