Overview
Hamptonne Country Life Museum is an authentic 15th-century Jersey granite farmhouse with its resident Goodwyf and her farm animals. This traditional farmstead provides an insight into rural life in Jersey that changed little until the mid-20th century. Learn about typical characters from the Jersey’s past, bygone crafts and quirky traditions. Explore the orchard, learn about traditional cider making and discover rural life in the 1940s in the newly furnished Syvret House. Children will love the animals and adventure playground.
