Overview
The Guildhall is a 600-year-old Grade I* listed building situated in the heart of Leicester city centre. Today, the Guildhall is best known as an excellent performance venue. They also host weddings and events. Visitors can step back in time and visit their Victorian Police cells, and to help mark the re-interment of King Richard III, there are permanent displays which celebrate the rich heritage of the building and encourage visitors to explore life in Leicester in the Middle Ages.
