The Maltsters Arms★★★★
"A proper pub, a convivial atmosphere and excellent eating."
Overview
The Maltsters is tucked away on the banks of Bow Creek, a tributary which flows into the River Dart. Once owned by the late Keith Floyd, it's a lovely base from which to explore the beautiful South Hams, with the charms of Totnes a short drive, likewise the stunning beaches of South Devon. A warm welcome is assured. Bedrooms vary in size, but all are comfortable some having lovely views of the river. Food is not to be missed, flavour packed dishes make great use of wonderful local meats and seafood.
