Overview
The young, enthusiastic team trained together in the Michael Caines Academy and it’s great to see them doing so well. The dining room is inviting, with big plate glass windows and an open kitchen, and the approach is genuine, with a particular interest in foraged and less well-known produce, making for light, elegant and flavour-driven dishes.
