Dickinson Place Holiday Park★★★★
"Well-kept park on beautiful Solway Coast in West Cumbria."
Overview
Dickinson Place is a peaceful modern park, family-owned and open all year round for holiday use. The caravan park has been in existence since the late 1950s and has stayed small and friendly to this day. Although the park is close to all village amenities and only 200 metres from the beach, there is a lovely peaceful atmosphere about it that gives the impression of being away from it all.

About the area
Cumbria's rugged yet beautiful landscape is best known for the Lake District National Park that sits within its boundaries. It’s famous for Lake Windermere, England’s largest lake, and Derwent Water, ‘Queen of the English Lakes', but other lesser-known areas in the south, such as the Lune Valley and the coastal towns, are secret gems of wide cobbled streets and rolling hills.
