A holiday village for almost 70 years, Crowhurst Park’s lodges and vacation homes surround a 17th-century manor house. For fun, try archery or pétanque, go fishing, or maybe have a beauty treatment. Nearby Battle is named after the site of King Harold’s fateful encounter with William the Conqueror; and in Hastings is Europe’s largest beach-launched fishing fleet.
