The Rosette award for this establishment has been suspended due to a change of chef and reassessment will take place in due course. Rastella is located in Merchants Manor, a historic country house hotel within walking distance of the busy town centre. Set within sub-tropical gardens and close to the beach you'll find a blend of contemporary and traditional inside. A wood-fired grill is the workhorse of the kitchen and dishes are big-flavoured, with Cornish seafood at the fore.
