Our View
This peaceful house and garden are set on their own peninsula, with stunning views of the Fal Estuary. There are 12 hectares of gardens to explore, with twisting paths leading through important collections of hydrangeas, rhododendrons and ginger lilies, together with woodland plants and herbaceous borders that provide year-round colour and interest. The wider area offers five miles of walks thorough parkland and woodland, as well as by the water, plus a beach for paddling. The house, opened in 2014, has a rolling programme of exhibitions that reveal stories from its diverse history.
