Inside, its white painted walls make for an elegant and simple setting with unclothed, sturdy wooden tables and simple table appointments, nothing fussy or unpretentious. The front-of-house team are charming, show excellent knowledge and take great pride in the place. Menu options include a tasting menu or a selection of side plates, with some dishes repeated across the two menus. Cooking is precise, articulated with very punchy flavours and an unwavering focus upon all the locale has to offer. Great effort and attention to detail underpins all dishes. Now open over a year, it's one of the new exciting eateries which are springing up in Falmouth, making this a very diverse locale in terms of culinary adventures.
