Our COVID-19 measures:
Deep cleaning of restaurant rooms at night Simplified menus (same quality of food) but changing more often to manage reduced number of chefs in kitchen due to social distancing To reduce noise and make sure staff don't raise their voice we have installed more cameras (non recording) in restaurant with large TV screen in kitchen so chef and FOH don't need to "Shout" when a table is ready.

Our Inspector's view

The Restaurant at the Meikleour Arms has a large vaulted oak ceiling, with an exposed stone wall, flagstone flooring, bright decor and modern artwork. Game is very prominent and The Meikleour Arms has its own on-site butchery working with neighbouring smallholding farms and maturing meat in a traditional fashion.
