Our Inspector's view
The Stables at Meikleour Arms is the sister property of the Meikleour Arms, and it shares a number of the benefits and facilities of the inn but offering the guest more space in the 1, 2 or 3 bedroomed apartments. These are self contained with a fully equipped kitchen, although breakfast at the Inn is included in the rate. Expect wonderful quality decor and furniture with each sitting room benefitting from its own wood burning stove and supply of logs. The Stables look out onto the river which the guests can fish by prior arrangement. The Stables are a 5 to 10-minute walk (or a 2 to 3 minute drive) from the Inn. A minimum of 2 nights stay is required where the guest gets the best of both worlds of space and tranquility backed up with the services of the Meikleour Arms.
