"Incredibly comfortable plus the food is a highlight."
Overview
A Shakespeare theme runs through this hotel, which began life as three separate buildings; there's a Tudor, Georgian and a more contemporary section. The bedrooms, located across all three sections, play on the different architectural features. The public areas are packed full of character, and The Woodsman restaurant has an open kitchen where diners can watch the chefs at work. The attractive terrace garden to the rear, is a stunning surprise, and the Woodsman looks out to it. The hotel also has a fitness room and event/meeting space.

About the area
The sparkle of sunlight on a gentle river as it meanders through beautiful countryside; the reflections of sailing boats on a lake; relaxing with a pint in the garden of an old English pub in a picturesque village; brightly coloured narrow boats making their way through a flight of lock gates; the imposing silhouette of an historic castle. These are the scenes that make Warwickshire a delight.
