Overview
The Woodsman celebrates the bold, untamed spirit of Britain through food that tells a story. Dishes are made from the finest British, foraged ingredients, with ever-changing menus, all sourced with care and respect for the land. Meat is served so there is no waste, fish comes straight from Cornish day boats and vegetables are fresh and seasonal.
