Overview
Situated in the beautiful, secluded Wybrnant Valley, Ty Mawr was the birthplace of Bishop William Morgan (1545-1604), the first translator of the Bible into Welsh. The house has been restored to give an idea of its 16th-17th century appearance. The Wybrnant Nature Trail, a short walk, covers approximately one mile.
