Overview
Celebrating the invention of Sir Frank Whittle, the Jet Age Museum is a volunteer-run, hanger-sized museum close to Gloucestershire Airport. There are over 20 restored aircraft, a number of individual jet engines, and a display of photography by pilot/photographer Russell Adams. There’s a cafe, and a shop offering a dazzling array of aircraft-related items.
