Overview
The wisteria-clad, 16th-century Swan is the quintessential village pub, with an orchard to the rear and the Windrush River running by. The kitchen sources seasonal ingredients with care (traceability is a big deal here), and knows how to turn it into some skilfully rendered dishes.
