Overview
A sumptuous Victorian mansion occupying a peaceful location in Eryri, Palé Hall Hotel & Restaurant is rich in history. Famous past guests include Sir Winston Churchill and Queen Victoria, and the dining room overlooks extensive grounds. The restaurant occupies a grand space with high ceilings, ornate plasterwork and floor-to-ceiling windows. The modern British cooking is flawless, with classic skills and contemporary techniques.
