Tigh An Truish★★★★★
"Overlooks the iconic 'Bridge Across the Atlantic'."
Overview
Tigh an Truish has been a hostelry for over 250 years and is just a few miles away from Oban. Expect picture postcard views of the bridge, friendly service and fantastic cooking that makes the best of what the Argyll larder has to offer. The property is dog friendly and a great base for touring this picturesque area. The 3 guest bedrooms are well appointed and perfect for the modern traveller. There's some great artwork around the property especially in the restaurant.

About the area
This is a county that’s all about awe-inspiring landscapes and unique island cultures. Ex-Beatle Paul McCartney put the area on the map when he wrote Mull of Kintyre, recorded in 1977 with the local pipe band backing his group.
