Overview
Paying homage to the great brasseries of Paris, Maison François – with its terracotta walls, walnut screens, curving banquettes, art deco lighting and open kitchen – is every bit a St James’s destination. Classic Gallic dishes are set for sharing; think comté gougères and entrecôte de boeuf au poivre, while, from the show-stopping dessert trolley, tarte aux pommes.
