The Churchill War Rooms, part of the Imperial War Museums group, form one of London’s most compelling historic attractions. Hidden beneath Westminster, this underground complex served as the top-secret headquarters of Britain’s government and military strategists during WW2. Today, the preserved wartime bunker offers visitors a uniquely immersive experience. Original rooms, including the Cabinet Room, Map Room, and Churchill’s living quarters, have been restored to their original condition, offering an authentic glimpse into life during wartime.
