Overview
Fronting onto Greenwich Park, the National Maritime Museum is one of the world’s most important museums dedicated to maritime history. Inside you’ll find thousands of items relating to Britain’s naval past, including paintings, ship decorations, ship models (sometimes in bottles), the uniform Nelson was wearing when he was wounded at Trafalgar, and relics from Scott’s Antarctic expedition. Excellent cafe.
