A striking dining room on the 37th floor of the Novotel London Canary Wharf, Bõkan 37 is an in-vogue evening hotspot. Sexy, industrial good looks and a high-energy buzz abound; think wood, steel, leather and exposed brick and floor-to-ceiling glass. Incredible views across the London skyline are a given, but the open-plan kitchen sends out some standout modern cooking to match.
