"Opulent room to enjoy modern dishes with finesse."
Overview
The Saloon restaurant offers a stunning backdrop for dinner in one of the oldest parts of historic Hawkstone Hall, which can trace its roots back to the 16th century. There is a luxurious feel to the dining room with sumptuous artworks, antique furniture and high vaulted ceilings, but the French-influenced cooking is thoroughly contemporary with top drawer ingredients.
