Overview
This second Cinder, roomier than it’s Belsize Park original, comes similarly inspired by the Josper oven, with most dishes delivered flame-kissed. The cooking is simple, precise and flavour-driven, with dishes set for sharing and with nods to sunnier climes. The setting, with its open kitchen, fits the relaxed, pared-back vibe.
