"A splendid Victorian building offering art, theatre, history and education."
Overview
In the heart of town, just a short walk from the train station, The Atkinson was a Victorian art gallery and library, built by a cotton magnate who loved Southport. Now it’s a theatre, studio, cafe, shop, exhibition space, library and museum. There are plenty of creative family activities, tours and talks. Southport has two park and ride services.
