Overview
Adjacent to the main Gilpin Hotel building with its own entrance, the Gilpin Spice offers striking interiors with brightly coloured decor. There’s an open kitchen and you can choose to sit watching the chefs at work. The pan-Asian menu is designed to offer lots of taster dishes which are fun and flavourful, with a focus on sharing the inspiration and background of each one to guests.
