Set within the Careys Manor Hotel located between the Solent and the New Forest National Park, Cambium is a contemporary restaurant with whitewashed walls, reclaimed wood tables and booth seating. The kitchen makes good use of ingredients grown and produced in the surrounding countryside and the modern British dishes are well balanced and prepared with great skill.
