This elegant 16th-century manor house has a notable rock ‘n’ roll history, as Pink Floyd and Led Zeppelin were among bands who performed here in the 1970s. Now part of THE PIG litter of fashionable, boutique hotels, seasonal produce stars in dishes like beetroot and bacon soup followed by fillet of day-boat cod, salad onions and cockles.
