Overview
This pint-sized original Cinder, whose 16-seats come duplicated by a similar number on the wide pavement terrace outside, sits snuggly amid the independent shops, cafés and eateries of Belsize ‘village’. The pared-back interior with exposed brick, and dangling lights, elbow-to-elbow tables and semi-open kitchen matches the friendly neighbourhood vibe. The cooking is fittingly simple, flavour-driven and flame-kissed, inspired by the Josper oven.
