Charles Bathurst Inn
"Seasonal contemporary menus in a Dales inn."
Overview
The CB – to its friends – is named after Charles Bathurst, a Georgian parliamentarian who owned the lead mines in and around Arkengarthdale. The beamed dining room is done out with pale wood and generously spaced tables, and local farmers and fishermen supply its seasonally-changing menus of modern Yorkshire cooking.
