Overview
The Firecat comprises two separate rooms which have retained their original 17th-century features including exposed beams, slate flooring and large open fireplaces. It makes for a characterful backdrop for the imaginative modern British cooking that utilises homegrown produce as well as Welsh meats and seafood in dishes that are big on flavour.
