A detached property on two levels (ground and mezzanine), Stearn Cottage is a unique country retreat sleeping 6-8 people. Extensively renovated in 2004, as part of the Stable Courtyard development at Stowlangtoft Hall, it is virtually unchanged, with beautiful, shuttered doors opening to reveal the dreamy cottage inside. The living/dining area retains its fantastic, original brick floor and a log burner. Two of the three bedrooms lead off the living area — a twin bedroom and a double bedroom with double doors that open onto the patio (and shutters to close at night). There is a new fully fitted kitchen and bathroom with a bath and over bath shower. You’ll find a further twin room on the mezzanine floor. If extra accommodation is required, one of the sofas converts into a comfortable double bed. Luxury cotton towels are provided for all guests and there is a Flat-screen Smart TV, WiFi, along with a selection of books and games. The cottage has its own private south-facing patio, perfect for outdoor eating. Communal landscaped gardens stretch beyond the patio, and a huge outdoor area with children's play area and football pitch.
