Walk directions

From the Boar Inn walk up the road past the small duck pond and through the village. Turn left on to Marlpit Lane and at the end cross the road for field paths ahead through successive fields. Cross a bridleway, go around a young plantation, then by a pylon go right, around a field edge to a stile. Beyond this head half left across a field for a road and down the lane opposite into Hilderstone.

Turn left on to the main street and continue up past the church. Go right into Hall Lane, then right again on to a track for Hall Farm. When you are about 275yds (251m) from the farm go left, by a yellow waymark on a telegraph pole. Go straight across a series of open fields, between three mature trees, and continue as far as a footbridge. Go up a field edge, through a farmyard and along its drive to reach a lane.
