Overview
A gem of a Hampstead local, this centuries-old Grade II listed pub comes attractively tucked away on a quiet hilltop muse-like backstreet and exudes charm, yet it’s just a couple of minutes’ walk from the main drag. Downstairs there’s a classic bar and low-ceilinged rooms, while upstairs sports a more elegant restaurant. The kitchen turns out appealing, hearty gastropub fare.
