New Cottage is located on a working family farm, which is a heifer and bull rearing establishment. Bordering on the beautiful Dales of Durham, Teesdale and Weardale. There are magnificent panoramic views from the lounge across the open countryside. Accessible for country walks, cycling and for sightseeing. The cottage has an open plan lounge/kitchen area, double bedroom and a spacious shower room all on one level.
