Higher House Farm Cottage is attached to the main farmhouse of a traditional working farm and provides modern, comfortable self-catering accommodation. Ideally placed for walking, birdwatching or enjoying the idyllic beaches in the area on the edge of Eas Prawle Village, which has a pub, shop and cafe and access to the stunning South West Coast Path.

Coastal views - Close to spectacular coastline, a walkers paradise.
Proper farm - Very much a working farm and hence always plenty of activities underway.
Start Point - Make sure of a visit to the lighthouse at Start Point whilst here.
Home comforts - A very homely and comfortable feel here, so easy to relax.
