It is ideally placed just 4 miles from Stretton Lakes and 5 miles from Rutland Water, with free fishing at Stretton Lakes for cottage guests. The cottage features an abundance of period-style details, creating a warm and cosy atmosphere, while offering modern comforts including a contemporary kitchen and bath/shower rooms, antique-style electrical fittings and subtle lighting. It sleeps up to four guests, with two king-size double bedrooms and a third room used as a dressing room or single bedroom. The master bedroom has an en suite wet room, and there is a separate family bathroom. Underfloor heating warms the ground floor, with radiators upstairs, making it an inviting place to relax. Outside, a fully enclosed south-facing garden offers a patio, seating and a gas BBQ, with parking for two cars.
