Spinnaker – Sail Loft comes with a fantastic, large balcony overlooking the River Bure, marinas and our boatyard – the perfect place to watch Wroxham’s river life drift by. Set across three floors, it offers a bright first-floor kitchen and sitting room, plus four bedrooms (three en-suite) and an extra shower room and toilet on the ground floor. The loft is just a minute’s walk from pubs, shops and restaurants, with Norwich and quiet sandy beaches both an easy trip away. A free day boat is included outside school summer holidays and Whitsun week, and you’ll get 10% off day boat hire during the peak dates. Canoes and rowing dinghies are available onsite too. Two well-behaved pets are welcome (charges apply), and the apartment comes fully equipped for a comfortable and memorable holiday.
